2. Which information must I give during the notification?

  • Policy number
  • Name and last name or trade name of the insured or the aggrieved party
  • Date of damage
  • Place of damage
  • Occurrence of damage
  • Estimated quantum of loss
  • Full address of the place where loss survey will be conducted, communication data (telephone number, address, etc.) of the person with whom a representative or the loss adjuster of Ziraat Sigorta will contact.
